5.		Travelers select their stateroom at time of booking. The earlier you book, the better choices you have.

6.		On our River Cruises – we have two Mayflower Tours Cruise Directors and one Business Manager aboard. So attention to each traveler is very high. Having a Business Manager on board is like bringing the staff of Mayflower Tours along with us to ensure smooth sailing and a carefree time.

7.		On our Small Ship Adventures – a Mayflower Tours Business Manager is onboard working hand-in-hand with the ship’s Cruise Director.

8.		The Business Manager has a very important role to ensure all details are taken care of for the travelers while they are on their holiday. They also work closely with the Travel Planners to ensure all of the groups needs are met.

9.		All standard staterooms on the same deck are priced at the same rate. This feature helps the group so all travelers pay the same rate on the same deck for standard staterooms.

10.		Our ships are high-end and late-model vessels.

11.		There are no upfront deposits for holding group space on land and air.

12.		Mayflower Tours can arrange your group’s air with confirmed rates.

13.		Liberal complimentary guidelines: One Free State room with 15 paid travelers. Travel Free in the state room with two people or travel as a single on our river cruises. On our small ship adventures, earn 1 free berth (inside cabin) for every 15 paid travelers or you may travel as a single.

14.		Shore Excursions – We assemble small groups of 30-35 travelers per touring group for each local guide - so travelers have the best touring experience. And these groups travel together on the same motorcoach for ease in joining their local guide at each touring location.

15.		Every traveler has the use of headsets throughout the cruise on all shore excursions allowing them to hear the guides clearly.
