| Conducting
a travel presentation to a qualified group
followed by a travel savings that they only can receive
when they reserve their tour at the presentation.
Last
week was a lot of fun for me as I did a travel presentation
at a great group.
The key to the success was the agents who hosted it.
They said that 24 people would attend and 24 did. I
knew that the presentation was going to be successful
before I even walked into the room as everything was
very organized and inviting.
Only
one product was featured which was our Rhine River Cruise
featuring the Floriade this April. We were focused,
organized and themed. Immediately entering the room,
there was appetizers and refreshments on one side of
the room and on the other was the sign in table. The
room was set in class room style so that everyone could
view the PowerPoint presentation in the front.
Many
of the travelers came early which gave me a chance to
“work the room” I love working the room
and meeting new friends. Everyone was very well traveled
so we had so much in common. Many had been on cruises
yet not on river cruises so I knew this was going to
be fun.
The
presentation went well and the close………
Make your reservation today and you will receive an
additional savings of $100 per person just lit up their
eyes. Oh, the power of offering an additional savings
only featured at the travel presentation. After this
it then turned into a ping pong match. The back and
forth of so many great questions which of course are
the “buying signs”.
The
group produced 19 travelers!
A
special thank you to Patricia and Roy for gathering
these travelers and promoting
the Mayflower Rhine River Cruise. You are the best.
I
have attached Ten Steps to a (really) Successful Travel
Presentation. Boy, I love
The one, two punch…
