Where do we get more time to do the things we really want to do, as well as being more productive.
My thoughts.......
Touch everything just once and carry it through. Don't go back and forth, in and out.
Do your hard tasks first. Once you start a task, try to finish it - if not, set timelines for completion.
Know when to stop when a project gets out of hand and reevaluate it.
Recognize when you are out of your league and ask for help.
Never do tomorrow what you can do today.
If you commit to a project then do it in a timely fashion. If you know you're going to miss a deadline, speak up before the deadline date and ask for an extension and/or help.
Try not to make snap decisions on important matters.
Only associate with the best people. Distance yourself from those who are a drain on your energy and time.
Work with others to pass down tasks so that you can reach up to your new challenge.
Keep a list of tasks... Always focusing on the most productive ones.
Organization and discipline are your best friends.
Remember, the glass is always half full! |
