LISLE, IL – November 1, 2021 – Mayflower Cruises & Tours will continue to operate land tours throughout the United States and around the world, amidst changes to their Travel with Confidence policy. Mayflower, will now require all travelers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no less than 14 days prior to departure of their holiday beginning January 1, 2022.
Mayflower has already implemented this mandate for all river cruise departures and several domestic and international departures in 2021.
“We have seen the peace of mind that it instills in our travelers and staff members, knowing that everyone onboard our coaches, vessels and within our groups have taken all the precautions against COVID-19” said Nish Patel, President of Mayflower Cruises & Tours. He went on to say “As we start to gear up for 2022 we want to return to the “new normal” and getting our travelers back out and enjoying the world safely is our number one priority. This mandate will ensure what is best for not just our travelers and staff but for the locations that we are traveling to as well.”
Beginning January 1, 2022, all travelers will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (see a list of acceptable vaccines below) no less than 14 days prior to departure on any Mayflower Cruises & Tours holiday. If you have a reservation made departing January 1st or beyond and you will not meet these requirements, Mayflower will happily refund you in full. To request your refund, please contact a Mayflower Travel Specialist, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm CST at 800-323-7604. Request MUST be made no later than November 30, 2021 for a full refund. Requests made after November 30th will be subject to standard cancellation terms.
