Day 1 - 2 Depart for Tennessee
Sit back and relax as we enjoy the scenery en route to Kentucky where a welcome dinner and overnight await. In Tennessee, we arrive in Pigeon Forge, your All-American Getaway and our destination for the next three nights. Meals: B, D
Day 3 Titanic Museum and Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud
We begin the day at the world’s largest museum attraction, the Titanic Museum. This unforgettable hands-on experience features over 400 artifacts from the doomed vessel. Then, we visit the brand new “Island,” Pigeon Forge’s one-stop for shopping and dining. This afternoon we board the Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tram for a thrilling ride to one of the best observation points in the Smokies. Tonight, enjoy great food and fun Tennessee entertainment at the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud featuring down-home cooking and toe-tappin’ music. Meals: B, D
Day 4 Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Smoky Mountain Opry
Spend the morning immersed in the breathtaking beauty of Great Smoky Mountains National Park with a local guide. Following our tour, we travel the short distance to Gatlinburg to experience the history, beauty and nostalgia of the small town nestled in the Smoky Mountains. There are many galleries, unique craft shops and restaurants throughout the town. This evening we are treated to the area’s largest musical variety show, the Smoky Mountain Opry. Meal: B
Day 5 Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Mountain Opry Dinner Show
Traveling to North Carolina today we arrive at America’s largest home set on 8,000 acres of Blue Ridge Mountain beauty. George Vanderbuilt’s 250-room home features magnificent art, antiques and architecture. Tonight, an unforgettable evening of Southern style barbeque and toe-tapping bluegrass music is in store at the Blue Ridge Mountain Opry Dinner Show. Meals: B, D
Day 6 A. J. Bush’s Museum and General Store
On our way to Nashville we make a stop at a local institution, the A. J. Bush Company. Learn the history of this amazing company best known for their baked beans, grab a souvenir in their gift shop and maybe even grab a bite in the Bush’s Family Café. Later, we arrive at the Opryland Resort. Meal: B
Day 7 Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry
A local guide joins us today for a narrated tour of Tennessee’s “Music City,” Nashville. We’ll see famed Music Row, with its recording studios, Broadway, with its Honky Tonks and even a full scale replica of the Parthenon. We’ll even tour the historic Ryman Auditorium where so many great artists have performed. Tonight, we enjoy dinner at the Opry Backstage Grill before taking our reserved seats to the granddaddy of all country music shows, the Grand Ole Opry. Truly a night to remember. Meals: B, D
