Day 1  Your Journey Begins
You’re off on an Atlantic Coast musical adventure! Overnight in Kentucky and a welcome dinner hosted by your Tour Manager. (Dinner)
Day 2  Lexington to Columbia
Depart the Bluegrass State this morning for a lunch stop in the Volunteer State of Tennessee. Sit back and enjoy the drive as you travel to South Carolina’s state capitol, Columbia. (Breakfast)
Day 3  Welcome to the Grand Strand!
Each year, the Grand Strand beckons travelers with its 60 miles of beautiful beaches along the Atlantic, top-notch shows, fabulous shopping and top-notch entertainment. Until the 1900s, only struggling farmers and fishermen inhabited the beaches. Now, vacationers from all over the world come here. You’ll check into your oceanfront hotel which is home for the next three nights. This evening, enjoy dinner at one of Myrtle Beach’s fabulous seafood restaurants featuring crab legs and prime rib! Tonight, sit back, relax and see why Myrtle Beach is known for its fabulous entertainment at one of the area’s top shows! (Breakfast and dinner)
Day 4  Myrtle Beach Entertainment
Begin this morning with a leisurely stroll along the beach. Watch for the many dolphins and porpoises that call the region home. Can you tell the difference? You have free time this morning and your Tour Manager can make suggestions for what to do. There are many options including Barefoot Landing and Broadway on the Beach for shopping or simply relaxing by the beach. Later today, take in another show from Myrtle Beach’s vast repertoire featuring toe-tappin,’ jawdroppin’ excitement. (Breakfast and dinner)
Day 5  Hopsewee Plantation and Hammock Shops Village
Depart this morning for Georgetown, home of the South Carolina Maritime Museum. Located in the historic waterfront, it tells the stories of the State's port cities and inland waterways. Continue to the historic Lowcountry rice plantation of Hopsewee. Built in 1735 it was the birthplace of Declaration of Independence signer Thomas Lynch. Tour the home and enjoy a delicious Southern lunch in the Tea Room. You will make a stop at the famous Hammock Shops Village, a collection of Lowcountry arts, crafts, gifts and of course, hand-made hammocks. Tonight, we are treated to another of Myrtle Beach’s best shows.(Breakfast and lunch)
Day 6  Pisgah National Forest and Bush’s Beans
Bid farewell to the Atlantic coast this morning and travel into North Carolina. Pass through the beautiful Pisgah National Forest in western North Carolina’s Appalachian Mountains. In the afternoon a stop is made at the A.J. Bush & Company General Store. Learn the history of this family-run company which was established in 1908. Then, check in to your hotel in Knoxville. (Breakfast)
Day 7  The Knoxville Sunsphere
Begin the day by being whisked away to the Observation Deck of Knoxville’s famed Sunsphere. Constructed for the 1982 World’s Fair, the Sunsphere houses the a 360-degree Observation Deck on its 4th Level with views of the downtown, Tennessee River and The Great Smoky Mountains. Tonight, gather with your fellow travelers for a farewell dinner hosted by your Tour Manager. (Breakfast and dinner)
Day 8  Homeward Bound
Arrive home today with wonderful memories of your vacation to Myrtle Beach. (Breakfast)
