• Lunar New Year Run – February 7, 2026. The event will feature a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and 1-mile run along the Lakefront Trail, starting at 7:30 AM CDT.  
• Chicago Chinatown Lunar New Year Parade – March 1, 2026. Hosted by the Chicago Chinatown Community Foundation, the parade will include floats, marching bands, and lion and dragon dancing teams. The parade will start at 1:00 p.m. at 24th Street and Wentworth Avenue.
• The AACC will hold its annual Lunar New Year Gala at the Marriott Marquis Chicago.
